Tortilla, cheese, beans (black or refried work), onions (red are best), black olives (I'm like the only one who ever likes them but they're bomb I promise hahaha!!!), jalapenos, hot sauce, sometimes I put rice and meat in there if I have it, grilled vegetables like bell peppers are good too, you can add breakfast potatoes, eggs and bacon to make it a breakfast version and I always top it with sour cream :) I use a flat pan on the stove and put all the ingredients (already warmed) onto half the tortilla in a layered fashion and flip the other half of the tortilla over the top.
